In this Part 11 of the 101 lessons from 2011 I share seven nuggets of insight I’ve learned about being a type 7 Enneagram.

) Although Sevens seek worlds of adventure, they need to see the path on which it begins.

) When a Seven becomes overwhelmed they can become frozen and shut down.

) A Seven often fears that focusing on one thing will mean being left out of others.

) When a Seven learns to choose quality over quantity they become present and focused.

) A Seven’s fixation is anticipating which makes it difficult to focus the quiet mind on the present.

) A Seven can easily lose a sense of priority, throwing themselves into constant activity

) Sevens often make lists to “download” information and allow their mind to stop being consumed by it.
